The Nest × Yale Lock connects to your Wi-Fi and the Nest app through Nest Connect (included in package) or the Nest Guard security alarm (sold separately).

The Nest × Yale Lock can replace most common deadbolt locks. Your door can be any width or height. Only thickness and backset matter.

Backset refers to the distance between the edge of your door and the center for the hole of your deadbolt. If your deadbolt is more than 2 3/4 in (70mm) away from the edge of your door, it’s not compatible.

The Nest x Yale lock works with Google Assistant for hands free voice control.
Nest x Yale also works with the Nest Secure Alarm System. When you unlock the door, the alarm disarms automatically.
