This marketplace is brought to you through a collaboration between Franklin Energy and Eversource.


Marketplace Questions

Who is eligible for this marketplace?

Eversource residential customers in Connecticut are eligible to make purchases on Eversource Savings Center. Rebate eligiblity is determined by your Eversource account service type(s) and previous rebate participation.

 

Is there a maximum amount I can buy?

There is no maximum amount of products that you can buy, but there are limits on how many utility rebated products you can receive. The rebate limits are as follows:

Air Purifiers: Limit of two (2) rebated air purifiers per customer per calendar year.

Advanced Power Strips: Limit of three (3) rebated advanced power strips per customer per calendar year.

Smart Thermostats: Limit of three (3) rebated smart thermostats per customer per calendar year.

 

How do I know if my order was received?

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your UniSource Energy utility account.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
