About The Mass Save Marketplace

Welcome to the Mass Save's Energy Savings Marketplace. To order through this online catalog you must be a residential customer of one of the participating Sponsors of Mass Save, with a delivery address in Massachusetts.

About Mass Save

Together, we make good happen for Massachusetts. Your local electric and natural gas utilities and energy efficiency service provider are taking strides in energy efficiency: Berkshire Gas, Cape Light Compact, Eversource, Liberty Utilities, National Grid and Unitil. As one, we form Mass Save®, with the common goal of helping residents and businesses across Massachusetts save money and energy, leading our state to a clean and energy efficient future.

These programs and services are managed and delivered by electric and gas Sponsors (working closely with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources), providing the energy expertise to help you save energy and money. The funding is supported from a charge on customers’ energy bills. Through the joint efforts of the Mass Save collaborative, according to the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) Massachusetts is one of the leading states in the nation for energy efficiency.

Marketplace Questions

Who is eligible for this marketplace?

Residential customers with an electric or natural gas account with one of the following energy efficiency service providers are eligible for this marketplace: Berkshire Gas, Cape Light Compact, Eversource, Liberty Utilities, National Grid and Unitil.

Rebate eligiblity is determined by your utility account service type(s) and previous rebate participation.

 

Is there a maximum amount I can buy?

There is no maximum amount of products that you can buy, but there are limits on how many utility rebated products you can receive. The rebate limits are as follows:

Advanced Power Strips: Limit of three (3) rebated advanced power strips per customer per calendar year.

Electric Lawn & Garden Products: Limit of one (1) rebated electric lawn and garden product per customer per calendar year.

Smart Thermostats: Limit of three (3) rebated smart thermostats per customer within a three year period.

Showerheads: Limit of three (3) rebated showerheads per customer per calendar year.

Window Air Conditioner: Limit of 2 (2) rebated window ACs per customer per calendar year.

 

How do I know if my order was received?

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your UniSource Energy utility account.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
