For customers who already had a Whole Home Energy Assessment Plus conducted previously and are looking to have a new smart thermostat installed due to the rebate limit resets as of January 1, 2025.

For $49* an NJNG auditor will install up to two smart thermostats when purchased on the NJNG Marketplace and review your previous home energy assessment report, providing information on recommendations and available energy-efficiency program incentives**.

Limited to one free home energy assessment and one Whole Energy Assessment Plus every 12 months. After your order has been placed, an NJNG representative will contact you within seven days from your request to schedule your assessment.
