TakeCharge Virginia is Appalachian Power’s way of bringing its energy efficiency programs together in one convenient place, offering free assessments, incentive programs and rebates for your home or business. These programs let you TakeCharge of your energy use. 

Who runs the TakeCharge Virginia Marketplace?

This store is brought to you by a collaboration between Franklin Energy and Appalachian Power. 

Who is eligible for this marketplace?

Residential or business customers of Appalachian Power (APCo) located in Virginia are eligible for this marketplace.

How do I know if my order was received?

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your marketplace account.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
