All Marketplace Products

  • Purchases must be made by current TEP residential electric customers.
  • Products may not be resold.
  • Offers and rebates are subject to change without notice.
  • I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release TEP and its affiliates from actions or claims in regards to the purchase, installation, operation and disposal of the products (and related materials) purchased from the TEP marketplace, including liability from incidental, indirect and consequential damages.
  • Purchases are sold, processed, shipped and managed by AM Conservation.

 

LEDs, Room ACs, Showerheads and Aerators

  • Products must be installed at the address on the purchaser’s TEP residential account.
  • Products purchased through the TEP marketplace are not eligible for additional rebates from TEP. Only one TEP rebate per product is permitted.

Smart Thermostats

  • Smart Thermostats purchased through the TEP Marketplace are not eligible for additional incentives on the purchase of the device. Smart Thermostats may be eligible for TEPs Smart Rewards Program and may receive a $50 enrollment and $40 annual incentive, terms and conditions apply.
  • The purchased thermostat must be installed to the cooling system at the customer’s single-family residence in TEP’s service area. Multi-family residences are excluded.
  • Thermostats must be installed within 30 days of purchase date.
  • The customer’s thermostat(s) must be connected by Wi-Fi to their TEP account.
  • Customers may receive rebates for up to two (2) smart thermostats per TEP account through the TEP marketplace.
  • Customers must agree to allow a TEP representative to visit their property to verify Smart Thermostat Rebate Program requirements have been met.

Electric Vehicle Chargers

  • Install a Level 2 or higher EVC within the current calendar year.
  • The purchased EVC must be installed at the customer’s single-family residence in TEP’s service area. Multi-family residences are excluded.
  • Use a Time-of -Use (TOU) rate plan for a minimum of two (2) years.

(NOTE: Customer with net metering Rider 4 who meet the requirements for a level 2 networked EV charger must transition to Net Metering Time-of-Use (TOU) rate plan. Please contact the Customer Care Center at tepcustomercare@tep.com to modify your rate.)

  • Customers must agree to allow a TEP representative to visit their property to verify EV Charger Rebate program requirements have been met.
  • The customer’s EVC must be connected by Wi-Fi to their TEP account.
  • Customers may receive rebates for up to two (2) electric vehicle chargers per TEP account through the TEP marketplace.
