Purchases are sold, processed, shipped and managed by Energy Federation, Inc. (EFI).
LEDs, Room ACs, Showerheads, and Aerators
Products must be installed at the premise address associated with the active TEP residential account of the purchaser.
Products purchased through the TEP marketplace are not eligible for additional rebates from TEP. Only one TEP rebate per product is permitted.

Customer’s cooling system and purchased connected thermostat must be at the purchaser’s TEP residential account location and connected thermostats that received at TEP rebate must be installed within 30 days of receipt.
Customer’s W-Fi connection and thermostat(s) must be connected to customer’s TEP account.
Customers can receive rebates for up to three (3) smart thermostats per TEP account through the TEP marketplace.
A TEP representative may schedule a property visit to verify the Smart Thermostat Rebate Program requirements have been met. Customer must agree to allow TEP representative to enter customer’s property for this purpose.
